MALNATI FABRIZIO OMAR CONSTRUCTIONS LLC is the first company of the Group to open the Middle Eastern market in 2018.

It is a large capitalization company (250,000 OMR), established in the Sultanate with the grade "Excellent", the most prestigious.
With its offices located inside the well-known Muscat Grand Mall, in the central area of the capital, it mainly deals with Real Estate Investments or large projects, among which the assignment for the construction of an important Hotel-Resort at Ras Al Hadd - Sur, famous turtle location.

With the new configuration of the Group, and the acquisition of new shareholders (ER Advisory Ltd. 40%, Parallax FZE 30%, Manen Group Ltd. 30%), the name will change to BMP Arkiplus Real Estate LLC.

Malnati Fabrizio Construction FZC
MALNATI FABRIZIO CONSTRUCTION FZC is a general construction company registered in the Duqum Special Economic Zone. It has its operational headquarters in the capital, Muscat, with offices at the Grand Business Center located inside Muscat Grand Mall.
It is a company mainly operating on construction sites.
He worked with Larsen & Toubro in the road works of the main highway that crosses Oman (Muscat Expressway), from Muscat to the border with the Emirates, in the Al Batinah region to Sohar.
He has participated in the construction of some activities inside buildings for the Government (in partnership with other major Omani construction companies) and is now preparing to start construction activities already approved by the Group Board regarding investments in the Sultanate.
